Our builder and interior designer visit your home together to understand your goals, lifestyle and priorities. We explore what’s possible, talk through layout and design ideas, and give you a realistic sense of budget, all on site, with no cost and no obligation.

It’s also your chance to see how design and construct under one roof really works, with both your designer and builder in the room from day one.

At the end of the session, we’ll talk you through a concept design proposal for the next stage of your project.

Overview
This is where your project starts to take shape. We hold a concept meeting to talk through your scope in more detail, our building designer measures and documents your existing home, and we develop a concept design supported by a clear, highlevel cost.

It gives you something tangible to see and a confident understanding of what’s involved before moving into detailed design.

At completion, you’ll receive:

• Existing 2D floor plan

• Proposed 2D concept design

• Preliminary scope of works

• High-level project cost estimate, presented as a range

Overview
During this stage, our team refines and resolves your project design in preparation for construction.

Together with our builder, interior designer and consultants, we finalise every design element, material and finish to ensure your plans are complete, coordinated and ready for build.

This phase includes the selection of colours, fittings and finishes, custom joinery design, final subcontractor and supplier quotations, program of works design, and a fully detailed scope and set of drawings for contract.

At completion, you’ll receive a comprehensive documentation package, including:

• Mood boards

• Finishes and fixtures schedule (FFE)

• Detailed joinery drawings

• Final construction drawings

• Final contract value

• Final detailed scope of works

• Program of works

Overview
We manage your renovation or build from start to finish, ensuring every aspect is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard of workmanship.

Our builder, carpentry team and trusted subcontractors handle every stage of delivery, including (subject to scope):

• Construction works

• Procurement and delivery of materials, fixtures, plant and equipment

• Contract administration and quality control

• Program management and scheduling

• Coordination of all trades and suppliers
